  • Place a resistance band around your lower thighs right above your knees.

  • Push the booty back and lower down into a squat.
  • Stay in your squat and carefully walk 10 steps to the right.
  • Then walk 10 steps to the left while staying in the squat position.

Lateral Lunges

How to make lateral lunges?

  • Stand in a straight position.

How to make leg raise exercises?

  • Lie down on your back with your knees bent and feet on the floor.
  • Extend the right leg straight. 
  • Turn the toes out to the right and squeeze your right quad. 
  • Lift the leg up off of the ground, point it up towards the ceiling, and then lower it down. 
  • Repeat this 15 times on the right leg, and then switch to the left leg.

Leg lifts – Lay down on a mat and turn onto your side. Lift your legs and shift them on a slight diagonal from the hips. Repeat 10 times.

Leg Circles – Lift your legs and make a forward circle with the leg 10 times. Then reverse the circle backward 10 times.

Exercise Ball – Use an exercise ball while laying on your back in a bridge position. Squeeze the ball between your legs to activate your inner thighs.

Pilates Ring – Place a Pilates ring in between your inner thighs or between your ankles to help activate the inner thighs.
