Ways to prevent weight gain due to coffee

Do not overdose

Do not drink it too late in the day

No added milk and sugar

If you love their coffee sweet then you must limit your coffee intake. Because the added sugar and milk will not only lead to weight gain but will also cause several other health problems, including increased risk of diabetes, heart disease, etc.

Avoid the side snacks

Most people love to have a snack with their coffee; in most cases, it is processed packaged food that comes along. Whether it is bread, biscuit, cookies, or a sandwich, all of these items contributes to weight gain.

How much coffee should you drink?

Coffee is good for your health, but you should not overdose. Stick to two to three cups of low or no-sugar coffee per day. Also, do not fall for artificial sweeteners. Drinking two to three cups of black coffee can boost your energy levels and provide you with all the benefits of coffee. However, this limit can differ from person to person. An overdose of caffeine can cause vomiting, irritability, nausea, headaches, bloating, and drowsiness, in addition to weight gain!
