Your body has a certain way of responding to stimuli. So, before going for a sexual encounter, you must explore your body and understand what works and what does not work for you. 

You should be able to communicate this to your partner openly and without fear of judgment. Building that space in your relationship can go a long way. It will also help in reducing your performance anxiety.

Work on intimacy
