1. Go on a Chill-trip with Cucumber
Cucumber is the best veggie to beat the heat in summer.
But it does not always have to be the boring chopped cucumber.
Grate some cucumber, add grated carrots, beetroots and tomatoes. Sprinkle some oregano and salt.
Add Greek yoghurt and salt.
Garnish with mint and serve like a chef!
Feel exotic with fruit salad
Salads do not always have to be made of veggies. You can make your Salad with anything you want!
So, why not relish on some tasty fruits.
Pick any fruits of your choice.
My best picks are watermelon, apple, banana, musk melon, and strawberry.
Cut them neat into small pieces. Add a little salt, pepper and honey. And your fruit salad is just ready!
Get Corny with corn chat
Yes, you can make the tasty corn chat at home.
Steam some frozen baby corn. Leave them untouched allowing them to cool.
Chop some onions, tomato and coriander leaves. Mix these chopped items with the steamed corn. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and lemon extract.
You can also add a little butter for taste.
Boiled Broccoli
If you are not liking Broccoli then you are eating it the wrong way!
Boil your Broccoli along with some pieces of sliced potatoes. Add olive oil to the boiled stew. Sprinkle some salt. And serve cool!

Do not waste the extra meat, meats are rich in building muscles and is a necessary diet for fitness concerns.
Mix the meat with chopped cabbage, cucumber, onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Go Banana with Banana Salad
Bananas are one of the best remedies for an upset stomach or during fatigues as it is rich in vitamins and carbohydrates.
Dice some bananas and along with that add some coconuts, strawberries, raisins and Dates.
Add some honey and corn flakes and have it with yoghurt.
This particular combo is recommended to have in the morning during breakfast.
Cherries and Choco chips!
A simple and easy to make a snack. Cherries are crispy and dry and are very and healthy, gluten-free and stomach-friendly.
Dice some cherries and strawberries and top with Choco chips and cream. You can also sprinkle some jaggery powder to enhance the sweet taste.

A most recommended vegan diet, kidney beans are good for weight loss and rich with protein and fibres.
This little snack can experiment with cucumber, cabbage, broccoli, beetroots, carrots and tomato.
