What Is Constipation?
Constipation is a condition where bowel movements become difficult or less frequent. The normal length of time between bowel movements differs from person to person. However, some people have bowel movements three times a day while others may have only one or two times a week. Going longer than three days without a bowel movement will lead to faeces becoming hard and, thus, difficult to pass and results in immense discomfort.

Frieda – 45 – Homemaker
It took many months to realize that I was having a severe constipation problem. My husband used to make fun of me for spending too much time inside the toilet. I had a sedentary lifestyle and hardly stepped out of my house or did exercise. Also, I did not divulge this problem to anyone until the day I had a severe stomach ache and couldn’t pass stool. I went to the nearby ayurvedic clinic and consulted Dr. Brahmanand Nayak. He identified the problem and put me on medication. He insisted that I should change my diet and go to regular walks. Today, after a few days of treatment, I feel much comfortable and don’t spend a long time inside the toilet. I am a happy person now.
