You should never neglect your emotional immunity

The outbreak of coronavirus has got us all concerned about our physical immunity. From taking immune boosters to popping supplements, we are doing everything possible. But what about your emotional immunity?

Every person I met in the past 4 months is going through a tough phase. It’s a physical battle but a mental war. Everyone is hanging by a bleak branch of hope. After months of quarantine, anxiety, boredom, and negativity are vibrating all around.

Emotional immunity is a real thing!

Your thoughts and emotions radiates into the environment as emotional vibrational frequencies. And the vibrational frequencies of a cumulative population can impact the Global vibrational frequency. 

Emotional states are contagious. 

Science explains this with the help of mirror neurons. The mirror neurons in your head is great at imitating other people’s emotions. That’s why you mirror the mentality of people you spend most of your time with.

It’s simple to understand! Spend an hour with a person who is bored to death and you walk out feeling bored yourself. During the times of grievance, when the whole nation mourns, you find yourself at a low, despite having an amazing day.

This is the kind of impact that strong cumulative vibrations can have.

But these vibrations do not impact everyone. Very few have the ability to stand strong. Immune to the turbulences caused by fear and uncertainty. This bit of resistance is called emotional immunity.

COVID-19 and emotional immunity

The outbreak of COVID-19 has no doubt exposed our physical vulnerability. But it has also revealed the unguarded states of our emotional immunity. As if, none of us is thinking about our emotional immunity.

With the concerns, panic, fear, stress and insecurities, on the top of our mind, we are creating low-frequency vibrations. We are creating, consuming and radiating, negative emotions. This is lowering our vibrational frequencies. 

And this lowered frequency is increasing the bouts of depression. This has also caused a rise in anxiety, panic attacks, mood swings, domestic violence. Most people perceive this as a “normal reaction” to the situation. But our reactions are coming from a place that lacks emotional strength.

Right now, our planet needs healing energy. And we can bring that through our elevated vibrational frequencies. Thus, each of us is morally responsible to continuously raise our personal vibrational frequency. 

We need to make a mental shift from fear to faith, stress to stability, anxiety to peace, and insecurity to an inner power.

Being aware of the contagion principle of vibrational frequencies, helps you to put your mental guard under stressful situations. You know that your mirror neurons might try to imitate the community emotions and you can explicitly instruct your mind, not to be influenced.

2. An affirmation can enhance your emotional immunity

Affirmations are positive notes to self, that you say multiple times a day. Be it mantras or sentences of positive belief when said, thought and worked upon with faith, can manifest into reality. Here are five simple affirmations for the COVID war that you can practice daily. 

  • I am healthy, calm and stable.
  • My soul is Energized, in control of my fate.
  • I am Fearless, I am being protected.

What can’t be cured must be endured. And while we all are enduring the outbreak of COVID, we can choose to crib about it or accept it as just another blessing in the form of a challenge. No matter how hard the day gets, even a forced smile can elevate things up! Practice gratitude and live with grace.

4. Avoid criticism and the struggle of power

Nothing is more toxic than criticizing others and gossiping over their lives. Accepting one and all the way they are will bring you inner peace. And giving up the struggle of power, money and position will take off the invisible stress of your shoulders. This is not the time to count pennies in the bank, but to survive the pandemic without a scar on the physical and emotional well-being.

5. Communicate your negative feelings

Preaching positivity does not mean ignoring your negative feelings, bottling them up or hiding them. The best way to get rid of your negative feelings is to speak about them. Talk about your fears, your concerns or better write those in a piece of paper and burn it later. Give your negative emotions an outlet while keeping the positive ones intact!

Simple guidelines to boost your emotional immunity

  • Energize your mind with a positive emotional diet.  
  • Refrain from using phone or reading newspaper as least one hour upon waking. 
  • Say words of gratitude and think of the blissful day ahead.
  • Meditate for 20 minutes and read a positive book for 30 minutes.
  • Exercise every day to feel the rush.
  • Don’t get engulfed in the media circus. 
  • Be kind and compensate for others.
  • Food and water carry vibrational energy, eat them mindfully and in a happy state.
  • Sleep early and wake up early. 
  • Refrain work, gadgets, and emotional stimulation before bedtime. 

Conclusion

It is as important to enhance your emotional immunity as your physical immunity at the times of such pandemic. Only emotional immunity can break the chain of anxiety, depression and stress that’s looming in the air. 

Neglecting your emotional immunity in the face of trauma can result in post-traumatic stress disorders. This simply means, even after winning the COVID war the world will be plagued by insomnia, anxiety, stress, depression and the many diseases caused by them.

So, make sure to guard your emotional immunity. Practice simple healing habits, see the world in a positive light and help others whenever possible.

We should take a day at a time ! Plan things in advance.Not isolate ourselves ,instead use technology and get connected I think music will be very helpful too !

You have touched the most vital and imp subject that human being must have. As you rightly said the whole world is reverberating and hanging upon negative vibration, that gripped the entire universe. We never know that emotional states are contagious!!!
Fortunately, we are being guided time to time by your kindness. And spiritually by Dr Ramesh Singh Ji. You both put everyone of us in a state of mind that Corona fear dare to touch us. But as we see most of the people are exposed to negativity that something would happen and we all die. That dangerous state of mind leads them to become insane; sometimes suicide tendencies as did some celebrities.
So most importantly we have to change our frequency, that changes our fate!!!
We, practicing Kriya Yogis are being guided to heal the universe at the end of our yoga practice everyday.
It’s a Master Piece article!!!
In my opinion good mental immunity makes the man perfect!!!
