- Air conditioning helps reduce the amount of airborne pollen from trees, grasses and weeds that finds its way indoors.
- Dust-proof your house by cleaning pillow covers, mattresses, carpets, curtains and blinds.
- Clean your home at least once a week to remove dust and allergens.
- If your child’s asthma is worsened by cold, dry air, wearing a face mask outside can help.

Madhuri – 45 Years, Teacher
I was devastated to learn that my son Manish had childhood asthma. He was suffering from sleeplessness, had a wheezing and perennial cold. We consulted many allopathic doctors. No one gave my boy a lasting solution. Finally, I consulted Dr. Brahmanand Nayak. A friend suggested that we meet him. He is an excellent doctor.
He was the first person who gave us the assurance that my son will be out of this disease within a few months. I ensured all the advice he gave. Gave Manish all the medicines he prescribed. Today, after nearly two months of regular treatment, I so happy to see him sleep like a baby. The wheezing has stopped and the coughing has come down totally. I just cannot thank Dr. Brahmanand enough.
