A few days ago, one of my patients named Laxmi, brought up this intriguing question about Cleopatra’s beauty regimen. Is Cleopatra’s beauty regimen inspired by Ayurveda?
Indeed, it was! Ayurveda is the oldest stream of medicine discovered on this planet. Hence it influenced every other system that followed its trail. Today, every medical culture traces its roots back to Ayurveda.
My response intrigued her. She probed further about Cleopatra’s secret beauty regime and if it is effective today. Fortunately, the secrets of Cleopatra’s beauty have been well-documented. Her recipe for beauty was natural, its effectiveness was proven.
