How to prepare Brahmi Chutney?

  • Clean the leaves to remove all impurities.
  • Heat cooking oil into a pan and fry Bengal gram black gram for 1-2minutes.
  • Add coconut and fry till golden brown.
  • Add tamarind, salt and Brahmi leaves and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Take the mixture and grind with little water to a paste.
  • Serve the chutney with rice or chapati
