Tagara is proven to be safe and has not shown any potential side effects when consumed in recommended dosage. The recommended dosage for Tagara Powder is 500 mg. However, it is advised to consult your doctor before starting the use of Tagara. In some people, Tagara can cause – weakness, dizziness, lightheadedness, hiccup, nausea,  vomiting, and headaches

However, pregnant or breastfeeding women should not consume Tagara. This herb should not be given to children or teens unless recommended and monitored by a doctor. Also, if you are on medication, then talk to your doctor before starting Tagara.
