1st few years of being diabetic was a rollercoaster… it use to be slowly excluding every thing out of my life… just to have nunbers right all the time…
Then what was left for me i use to wonder !!! As time gone by had lost lots of weight of course not by walk😜😜.
Then change for good happened i was out of india with no car around had no choice but to walk…
Now walk around 7kms on week day and weekends are nothing less than 10kms.. this helped me to cut down on my insulin by 20% of my regular dose.. and now most satisfying thing i enjoy all the fruits without guilt and fear of numbers… moral of the story is WALKING HELPED ME NOT FOR MANAGING DIABETES BUT TO ENJOY LIFE…

As I observed, if we walk daily, our mind and body will be very active through out the day. It relieves our stress and strain also. And it is our own time to think, design and plan for the day.

Very informative article about the importance of walking in our life. It not only keeps us healthy but also helps in many diseases.
