Smelly farts are a big problem


Smelly farts have ruined houses and led to divorces. In a report from Tamale, Ghana, a woman left her husband over the flatulence. As the report illustrated, the man had an issue of smelly farts. Alcohol, meat and beans were the culprits for his hot smelly gas.

It’s rhythmic beats that came out of his anus accompanied by a peculiar smell, brought humiliation and embarrassment to his wife which eventually led to their separation.

That’s not the only case. In another article, a Busia man divorced his wife who unleashed loud smelly farts during the climax. Farts are inherently awkward and unpleasant. It’s an instant turn off, and it is enough to turn a good session of lovemaking into a dreadful experience.

In another snippet by the star, a man complained that his attractive wife farts too much, which of course she finds funny but he does not! Then there are stories of smelly farts in a closed car with rain outside when one is left with no option but to bear the blow.

But why are you getting smelly farts

Though, the most common reasons for stinky farts are food and medicine. Foods that are high in fibre like broccoli or cabbage can make your farts stink because of the sulfur content in them.

Food intolerance is another common reason that may result in fatigue. It can also cause bloating, diarrhoea and flatulence. However, a poisonous fart can also indicate bacterial infections, constipation, stress, antibiotic reaction or colon cancer.

How to stop smelly farts?

Luckily there are ways to control and combat the smelly farts and prevent the unrepairable damage that it does to your relationships and reputation.

1. Eating Right

Eat your food slowly and consciously. Prefer smaller portions at regular intervals. Fill your plate wisely. Avoid junks completely and eat healthy foods that suits your body. Avoid foods that are hard to digest like meat, beans, fibres etc.

Be more concious when you eat. Make a note of the food that you eat and then see how your body reacts to that food. If it causes bloating or flatulence then avoid that food.

2. Stop eating gas

Chewing gum makes you ingest air. This turns into gas and can result in flatulence. Smoking too can cause ingestion of gas. So, its best to quit these habits.

3. Get treated of constipation

Constipation and accumulation of faecal matters may result in a build-up of smelly gas. This is a common problem in many people. Irregular bowel movements can result in smelly farts.

4. Stay hydrated
