Dear Dr,
Really liked your post. I have started eating one amla a day (it is not easy though:) for the last month. I am a lifelong patient of eczema. It is directly linked to stress, is what I have discovered over the years. I am 55, but have undergone a lot of ageing – grey hair, cataract in eyes, extremely wrinkled and dark skin – the works! But fitness and spirit is good!
Amla seems to help a lot. I can already see a difference in my skin. Given the effort required to eat it raw ( too acidic), should I take it in powder form? Is it equally beneficial?
I have also recently (10 days) started eating alivere ( kheer or ladoo) everyday. That also seems to help beautifully.
I would like to create a case study of my effort. How does one do it properly?
Would be great if you could guide me.
