Dear Doctor
Those who have high body heat or skin problems, is it advisable for them to eat sesame seed. As it has calcium, can it interfere with thyroid medicine when taken in the morning. Are their any side effects. I have heard that girls get periods faster if they eat sesame and also it causes weight gain. Please guide.
